My daughter began her volleyball “career” at a local community center. I saw a flyer about volleyball and with a flash of nostalgia, I went running to sign her up. Soon thereafter, I heard the chatter of “JO Volleyball”. She was already in 5th grade and, apparently, at this rate, would never make the middle school team. Having a local, higher level, training program would have been ideal. Truly when Ariel agreed to privately train my daughter, Drew, I thought I hit the jackpot. Drew absolutely LOVED working with Ariel. Firstly, because she was a “celebrity”. Boy did we enjoy UNCG Volleyball games! Secondly, because Ariel, certainly, had a way of bringing out the best in her. Her coaching style was always that of positive reinforcement. She was strict and wasn’t swayed by whining. She kept Drew focused and, somehow, made the training fun! I am over the moon about Volleyballer Training! It’s curious that they use the same adjectives to describe their program, that I use to describe Ariel. I am sure that this is no coincidence! If you have a young volleyballer, this program is a must! “Ariel is one of the best trainers and coaches I’ve ever had. She is great at teaching foundational skills for younger athletes as well as high-level skills for older age groups. She understands the system of volleyball and teaches athletes how to excel at any level. I had her as my coach through out my school and club ball years and her coaching was very impactful. I have now been able to take what she taught me into my own coaching career! The absolute best.“ |
“As the parent of two volleyball players, I highly recommend Ariel! Her experience as a former college player and now D1 college coach is unmatched! She looks at individual needs and helps to develop them into better players” “My daughter who is now a D1 athlete has trained with Ariel for over 5 years. She learned the fundamentals of the game, ball control, game strategy (volleyball IQ) that has carried her through her athletic career. I would strongly recommend Volleyballer to any aspiring young athlete in the Triad.” “We hit the jackpot when our daughter decided to play volleyball. Ariel was her first coach and we couldn’t have been in better hands. She has the knowledge to train beginners to college level. She’s a great coach with a great attitude. Ariel will get your daughters on the right volleyball track.” |
