OUR 4 LEVELS OF TRAINING
LEVEL 1:
Beginner level athletes who we teach the correct fundamental skills and basic knowledge of the sport, to build a strong foundation for team play at their school or club. Level 1 athletes are all ages. LEVEL 2 + 3: We define intermediate level players as players who have a basic mastery of the fundamental skills and are not brand new to the sport. Athletes should have 1-2 years of team experience. Most Level 2 + 3 athletes are middle school and JV athletes. LEVEL 4: Advanced level volleyball athletes who are looking for additional individual training to improve their positional skills, volleyball IQ, mental toughness and physical strength & agility. Level 4 athletes are high school varsity athletes. |

At Volleyballer we train the whole athlete: physically and mentally. We cultivate respect in our training program. Respect for one’s self, teammates, coaches, referees and most of all, respect for the game itself.
