LEARN ABOUT OUR LEVELS OF TRAINING
Level 1- BEGINNER:
Beginner level athletes are defined as athletes that have trained or played for less than one full year. We teach our beginner level athletes the correct fundamental skills and basic knowledge of the sport, to build a strong foundation for team play at their school or club. Learn more... Level 2- INTERMEDIATE: We define intermediate level players as players who have a basic mastery of the fundamental skills and are not brand new to the sport. Athletes should have 1-2 years of training experience. Most are athletes who have trained at clinics and camps, and possibly played for recreation/YMCA programs. Learn more... Level 3- ADVANCED: Level 3 -Advanced at Volleyballer is comprised of athletes who have played on school and/or club teams for 1-2 years. These athletes are playing positions on their teams. Most intermediate athletes are middle school and JV athletes. Learn more... Level 4- ELITE: Elite level volleyball athletes who are looking for additional individual training to improve their positional skills, volleyball IQ, mental toughness and physical strength & agility. Recognizing the significance of the formative tween and teen years, particularly for girls, we strive to make a positive difference by supporting their athletic development journey. At Volleyballer we train the whole athlete: physically and mentally. We cultivate respect in our training program.
