We focus on training solid fundamental skills. Through the use of a progressive training plan, we incorporate understanding the game at the next level by elevating the athlete's Volleyball IQ. 
Registration for training is easy! Read through our clinic descriptions on our website and register & pay for the clinics online with the Upperhand Booking link provided. All training clinics have a maximum number of athlete spots and we will fill these spots in the order that the registrations are submitted.
All clinics will take place at the BSG Sports Center, 2233 Hanford Road, Burlington, NC 27215.
  • Please arrive for check-in 5-10 minutes before your session starts.
  • Athletes enter through the front double glass doors.
  • Don't forget a water bottle.
  • Please wear athletic shorts/leggings, your Volleyballer Training t-shirt, athletic shoes and kneepads if you have them. 
  • Please do not attend if you have any symptoms of any illness.
