Baller Fit XP · 4 Weeks · 8 Sessions

Spend four weeks and eight high-energy sessions with Coach D and watch your athlete's game transform. This program is built to skyrocket her vertical, build explosive power, correct muscle imbalances, and bulletproof her body against injury, so she plays stronger, longer, and with total confidence.

Parents, this is more than training. It is an investment in your athlete's performance, health, and long-term success on and off the court. Spots are limited.

Damaris Flores (Coach D)

Coach D leads Baller Fit XP, and she is exactly who you want building your athlete's vertical. Alongside 20+ years of elite volleyball coaching and a national-team playing career, she spent years as a certified CrossFit instructor. That blend of high-level volleyball and real strength-and-conditioning experience is what makes her vertical and plyometrics training both powerful and safe.

  • •Fitness background as a former CrossFit instructor (2008 to 2016)
  • •20+ years coaching USA Volleyball & AAU in Puerto Rico and Florida
  • •Former Puerto Rican National Indoor (1987 to 1995) & Beach (1997 to 2007) teams
  • •Former Assistant Coach, Florida Southern College
  • •15+ years as a PAVO collegiate line judge & beach official
