VolleyStars In-House Train & Play Team League (Grades 5th–6th)
Our new VolleyStars team program is designed for athletes in grades 5th–6th (ages 10–12) who are ready to take their volleyball skills to the next level in a fun, team-based setting. This in-house team league gives young players the opportunity to build confidence, develop game experience, and enjoy competitive play—without the travel commitment.
Why Volley Stars?
High Level Training & Game Time Coaching with No Travel Required! Our program is a step up from YMCA and local recreaction leagues because athletes receive high-level training and coaching from former collegiate players and coaches. This ensures players not only get valuable game experience but also build strong fundamentals and volleyball IQ. Coach Ariel and Coach D will be leading this NEW program! Both are former collegiate coaches and players and they will run this program as a fun, yet competitive league. Read their bios here!
This program is for families who are looking for the next step up for their daughters who have some volleyball experience and want to train and compete at the next level, without the commitment of travel volleyball.
All competition is played in-house, so there are no travel expenses associated with this program. This league would be a great next step for athletes who have played recreational/YMCA and want the next level of training!

2026 Winter/Spring Season Details:
Weekly Training & Play Sessions: Athletes will focus on skill development and game strategies, training all fundamental skills to prepare them for playing multiple positions when they transition into middle school volleyball.
Fast-Paced Action: Predictable competition schedule for busy parents. You will know exact times and length of games to keep your family on schedule. Schedule for exact match days will be announced soon. All matches will take place at Baller Sports Center. Top Team will be the 2026 season champions!
Teams: There will be no more than 4 teams total for this season. Team assignments will be made once practices begin.
Uniform Packages: New VolleyStars athletes will need to purchase a jersey ($40) for match days, plus all athletes will need to purchase at least one practice t-shirt ($15/ea). The link to the uniform shop will be provided once you are offered a spot in the team program after tryouts.

- Tryouts: January 5th & 7th: 6-7pm - (2 Days- please attend both) - CLICK TO REGISTER
- Season Dates: Jan 19- May 13, 2026
- Weekly Practices & Matches: Mondays/Wednesdays - 6pm-7pm
- Spring Break: (public school schedule: April 6th-10th)- No Practice or Game on April 6th & 8th, 2026.
- Season Dues: $800 (can be paid in 4 payments of $200)

We are hosting a 2-Day Tryout/Evaluation for our 2026 Winter/Spring Season.

- WHO: Athletes ages 10-12 who have experience playing volleyball (can serve over the net & pass the ball to target pretty consistently.)
- WHEN: This is a 2 Day Tryout- plan to attend both dates
📅 January 5th & 7th, 2026
⏰ 6pm-7pm - 💲COST: $20 tryout fee
- OFFERS: Offers will be extended to join the team program immediately following the tryout by text to parent. (Make sure your phone number is in your parent account.)
