One 3-day tournament, six 2-day tournaments, and a season-ending in-house play day.

Good to know
- Dues do not include the player's own travel and expenses to tournaments, or uniforms.
- USAV and AAU membership fees are paid by the player directly in September, about $55 each, as an additional cost.
- The 2026-27 planned schedule is released at tryouts and finalized by the end of September.
Coach Stacy Way
Stacy Way
Coach Stacy is a Burlington native and a Barton College graduate who played middle blocker and right side. She has been the Varsity Volleyball Head Coach at Grimsley High School since 2021, where she has won four consecutive conference championships and was named Metro 4A Coach of the Year in both 2023 and 2024. She brings 16 years of coaching across recreation, club, and high school to our 14-Blue team.

Experience
- ✓Hometown: Burlington, NC. Played middle blocker and right side, and was a dual-sport athlete in volleyball and softball.
- ✓Barton College (NCAA Division II), Bachelor's in Middle Grades and High School Mathematics Education. Academic All-Conference in 2009 and 2010.
- ✓Varsity Volleyball Coach at New Bern High School, 2011 to 2012.
- ✓Varsity Volleyball Head Coach at Grimsley High School, 2021 to present.
- ✓2023 and 2024 Metro 4A Coach of the Year.
- ✓Four consecutive Metro 4A/7A Conference Championships.
- ✓Selected as a North Carolina 2026-2027 Tomorrow's 25 Coaching Fellow.
- ✓16 years of coaching experience across recreation, club, and high school.
She is joined in the gym by Coach Ariel Newman, our co-owner and Director of Volleyball Athlete Development, who serves as Elite Practice Coach for half of the team's practices.
